Once we confirm what your bill of material (BOM) is for your job, we will take care of the component sourcing for you free of handling charge. We source parts only reputable component channels. We will consult with you should we need to procure from suppliers that are not endorsed by part manufacturers. We also stock commonly used parts & alternative components to help reduce lead time
Parts Quality & Baking
While we gather your job order components for assembly, our team will identify moisture sensitive parts for your job order, and bake the material according to moisture sensitivity level. We will also double check parts for description matching, defects and footprint matching before assembly, if your project requires we will also document component batch and marking data for traceability purposes
