We are currently looking to expanding our team with skilled SMT Hand Soldering Technicians. This role will be responsible for performing precision hand soldering and rework of SMT components to printed circuit boards.

Responsibilities:

• Hand soldering of SMT/PTH components to PCBs with precision & according to work traveler specifications & parts orientation specifications, comply with ESD requirements

• Perform flux cleaning, product packing and other related duties when required

Qualifications:

• Ability to demonstrate proficiency of assembly & rework skills with proper soldering tools & techniques (e.g. hot air gun, hand soldering tools, microscope)

• IPC-A-610 certification or willingness & ability to obtain one during training

• Proficiency in handing high density, fine pitch components, micro SMT devices with very small footprints

• Ability to work with LGA, BGA, QFNs, and be able to identify soldering issues from inspecting imaging

• Minimum 1 year of electronics assembly experience
